Justice: Libra’s Ruling Card

Libra’s ruling tarot card is Justice, the eleventh trump of the Major Arcana. In the Golden Dawn system every zodiac sign owns one Major Arcana card, and Libra’s could hardly be anything else: a crowned figure holding a set of scales, weighing evidence, ruling through accuracy rather than authority. The card and the sign share the same assignment, which is to find the fair outcome and then accept its cost.
